Phase 1 UX/UI
I joined the team shortly after the beta release of the product, focusing on refining the UX/UI to enhance clarity, usability and client comprehension. We made a strategic decision to use a dark mode interface - aligning with the preferences of our target users.
Working in an agile environment, we prioritised delivering functional, value-driven features over perfect design. While this approach accelerated delivery to meet clients needs,
it left design inconsistencies that we planned to address in future iterations.
Process: Evolving Design System
Due to our expanding product and integrations portfolio, the need for
a unified product design system became prevalent, Is was designed to create
a more seamless experience and refine the user experience when navigating
these integrations and services with within VisionX.
Solution: Simplifying MDR & Data Management
As a result of AI, data control and management become a high priority for our clients and we prioritised integrations to support this objective.
This feature centralises critical file data, user activity and classification insights into one unified dashboard. It gives users a clear overview of sensitive files, risk levels and ownership gaps - making it easier to prioritise remediation.

This module visualises an organisation’s compliance with key frameworks and standards. It breaks down governance maturity, policy adherence and oversight into actionable metrics. It is designed
for both security and leadership teams, supporting confident risk relevant decisions and ongoing audit readiness.
Solution: Single Pane of Glass
The integrated status dashboards provides a high-level operational view across all connected tools. With real-time incident tracking, integration health and system status in one place, users no longer need to jump between platforms - improving visibility, reducing response time and enhancing confidence.
